Removal of Conditions

When an individual receives their residency on a conditional basis, there is a 90 day window prior to the 2 year anniversary of their residency wherein they will have to file to remove the conditions on their temporary card.

National Interest Waivers

Another route to employment based residency, specifically for individuals with academic, research and or industry contribution and recognition.

Employment Based Green Cards

Family Green Cards

Family based immigration is the most common path towards residency in the US
